My interdisciplinary academic path combines emergency management, risk analysis, public policy, and planning.

With over 20 years of experience in working with local, provincial, and federal government agencies, NGOs, media, Indigenous communities and supranational organizations in Europe and North America, my passion is in building community resilience to disasters and climate change.
